AYEE d.o.o. attaches great importance to protecting your privacy and great the importance of protecting the personal data of our registered users online presentations and only use these exclusively in accordance with the law and General Data Protection Regulation (General Data Protection Regulation = GDPR).

With our policy on “Privacy and Security” and “Terms of Service” we want to explain which of your personal data we process, why and how we process and store them for a long time and how you can claim yours rights to their management.

Your personal data is collected to order a service from us:

  • Rent or lease of our services for a future period.

  • In case of new domain registration, transfer of existing domain to us and changes in the owner (registrant) of the domain.

  • In the case of ordering an SSL certificate.

  • In the case of ordering a service that we offer as an intermediary and se order from our business partner (for you, on your behalf and for ordered period).

Your personal data may also be collected in the following ways: s through the domain name registration process through our network intermediaries/resellers, by e-mail, by phone or fax, by attending an event, using cookies or otherwise technology with which we monitor visitors to our websites, via communications with suppliers or partners, with recommendations, through tools to control access, by filling out a form on our websites or by other routes.

Which of your personal data do we process?

Personal data is any information relating to a specific or an identifiable natural person that you voluntarily provide to us (e.g. via of our online forms on our website, with recommendations), which collected during your visit(s) to our premises, at events or website(s) or when accessing our products or services and when using them (eg when you log into the “user interface” or “web/docker hosting control panel”).

As part of our business activities and in our desire to provide you good services and, where this can be improved, we can process them the following personal data of yours: name, surname, address, place, postal code number, country, e-mail address, business entity, registered office no., information about your bank account (in our bank statements received remittances), your preferred language, your tax number, your uniform identification number of another name in our system, your leased services with us and your IP address (data about your registrations with us).

Because you can also order our services through brokers/resellers (English resellers), we obtain your personal data from a company or person, from which you ordered the service in question. This company or person can be one of our resellers or theirs an intermediary that collects personal data for the purpose of ordering a service.

For what purposes do we process your personal data?

We process your personal data for various purposes:

  • Rent or lease of our services for a future period.

  • In case of new domain registration, transfer of existing domain to us and changes in the owner (registrant) of the domain.

  • In the case of ordering an SSL certificate.

  • In the case of ordering a service that we offer as an intermediary and is ordered with our business partner (for you, on your behalf and for the ordered period).

  • We must maintain a complete and accurate database of subscribers related to all services leased from us.

This also allows us to identify you and contact you directly we connect regarding the service in question if and when necessary.

We use your personal data to maintain and build long-term and sustainable relationships and for the implementation of the contract that we may have entered into with you. We use your personal data to respond to your inquiries, to fulfill your requests and/or to send you administrative data.

Your personal information may be used to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, to fulfill public and state requests or requests authorities, including public and state authorities, which are not in your country permanent residence, or to protect our rights, privacy, security or property and/or our company.

We use your personal data internally to send messages, for marketing, advertising and sending other information that could you interested (e.g.: you receive a proforma invoice for renewal via e-mail leased services, current offer, upgrades or changes, etc.).

The processing of your personal data is based on various legal bases:

  • Processing is necessary to protect our legitimate interests, in particular: economic, business and financial interests, continuous operations, security and confidentiality of our customers’ data and products and security of digital and physical infrastructure.

  • In exceptional cases, our processing activities may be based on your consent.

Who do we share your personal data with?

We never sell your personal information to anyone.

Your data, which you provide to us through our websites, e-mail, telephone or other communication channel, will protected and will not be passed on to anyone except in accordance with the terms business in the case of ordering a service that we offer as an intermediary and is ordered from our business partner (for you, on your behalf and for ordered period).

We reserve the right to charge a reasonable compensation if yours in our opinion, the request is inappropriate.

Where, how long do we keep your personal data and who has access?

Your personal data is stored:

  • Electronically in a data center in Slovenia

  • And/or internally at the company headquarters.

  • With third parties, for the services of our business partners (domains, SSL certificates, external accounting service, external servers).

Administrators have access to data stored on our servers servers (computers). In certain cases and up to certain data also our internal support. They can be accessed via secure/encrypted connections to the Internet and/or through an authenticated VPN connection.

We store your personal data in a form that allows identification only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data is collected are processing. This retention period varies depending on the type of personal the data being processed, the purpose of the processing and other factors.

Personal data of individuals who, in the course of business activities collected outside the scope of the contract, they are kept until they are no longer relevant.

Personal information about you as a domain name holder some registries kept for ten (10) years after they are no longer relevant.

Personal data about you as our client is kept as long as it is relevant or to your deletion request, if deletion is possible.

If you ordered our service through brokers/resellers (English resellers), which forwards your personal data to our registration system, your personal data is stored as long as it is relevant or to yours erasure requests, if erasure is possible.

What security measures are taken to protect your personal data?

We are constantly implementing and updating security measures to keep your personal protect data and other information from unauthorized access, loss, destruction or alteration. We do our best to ensure that all information is stored securely, and from its service providers we require that they use appropriate safety measures.
