AYEE d.o.o. attaches great importance to protecting your privacy and great the importance of protecting the personal data of our registered users online presentations and only use these exclusively in accordance with the law and General Data Protection Regulation (General Data Protection Regulation = GDPR).
With our policy on “Privacy and Security” and “Terms of Service” we want to explain which of your personal data we process, why and how we process and store them for a long time and how you can claim yours rights to their management.

Which of your personal data do we process?
Personal data is any information relating to a specific or an identifiable natural person that you voluntarily provide to us (e.g. via of our online forms on our website, with recommendations), which collected during your visit(s) to our premises, at events or website(s) or when accessing our products or services and when using them (eg when you log into the “user interface” or “web/docker hosting control panel”).
As part of our business activities and in our desire to provide you good services and, where this can be improved, we can process them the following personal data of yours: name, surname, address, place, postal code number, country, e-mail address, business entity, registered office no., information about your bank account (in our bank statements received remittances), your preferred language, your tax number, your uniform identification number of another name in our system, your leased services with us and your IP address (data about your registrations with us).
Because you can also order our services through brokers/resellers (English resellers), we obtain your personal data from a company or person, from which you ordered the service in question. This company or person can be one of our resellers or theirs an intermediary that collects personal data for the purpose of ordering a service.

Where, how long do we keep your personal data and who has access?
Your personal data is stored:
Electronically in a data center in Slovenia
And/or internally at the company headquarters.
With third parties, for the services of our business partners (domains, SSL certificates, external accounting service, external servers).
Administrators have access to data stored on our servers servers (computers). In certain cases and up to certain data also our internal support. They can be accessed via secure/encrypted connections to the Internet and/or through an authenticated VPN connection.
We store your personal data in a form that allows identification only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data is collected are processing. We are constantly implementing and updating security measures to keep your personal protect data and other information from unauthorized access, loss, destruction or alteration. We do our best to ensure that all information is stored securely, and from its service providers we require that they use appropriate safety measures.
